Wonderful
The half of the Staff was really really nice , the gym , the swimming pools, and the view
The other half , the food quality even if we didn’t expect something really special from a all inclusive hotel but for this price it could be way better.

Wonderful
Coconut Bay was perfect for meeting up with my family members and friends for a wedding. The kids could not get enough of the water park.
Reservations at the restaurants were difficult to get. The available food options were not that fantastic.

Beautiful beach, fun pools, delicious food and lots of sun
I loved the beach. At first i was nervous that its so close to the airport but turns out there are only like 5 flights per day and all in late afternoon. So it was quiet most of the time. The beach is beautiful. Lots of palm trees, beach shack with a bar, bathrooms , hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. The environment is very natural. There’s no development in signt so it feels very tranquil. The pools were fun too, one with a swim up bar and the other for sports. The food at this resort was amazing!! They make such good meat!!! The western might boogie night was hilarious. Country music in the Caribbean?! It worked amazingly!
The service was so-so. It was slow which i guess is the point when you come to the Caribbean to slow down. However, i had to pour my own water at the dining hall so to me that was just ridiculously slow. Also, the fan in our room was broken and the fridge was soooo loud i had to uplug it. All of the rooms are ocean view, which means that if you’re not a fan of late night entertainment you will get annoyed because its loud until at least 10pm/11pm every night. I don’t know how families with babies did it! I went to sleep with earplugs :-) luckily my 6 year daughter is a night owl.
